The modern countryside tourism homestead “Sodyba Jums” is located in Lithuania, in a picturesque natural setting near Lake Neciūnas. It is an ideal place to escape city noise and pollution and enjoy peace, fresh air, and beautiful countryside views.
The homestead is also an excellent choice for tourist groups, as it is strategically located near Trakai, between Vilnius and Kaunas, making it a convenient stopover for travelers exploring Lithuania.
The area is perfect for birdwatching, including species such as the white stork and grey heron. Nearby is the Aukštadvaris Regional Park, which features around 80 lakes, ancient burial sites, villages, and designated recreational areas. Every year, more visitors come to Aukštadvaris to relax and admire its beautiful natural surroundings.
The homestead offers excellent conditions for organizing celebrations, corporate events, tourist group stays, summer camps, seminars, and training sessions in nature.

Main house with banquet and conference halls and a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker, microwave, 4 refrigerators, kettle, dishwasher, and tableware for up to 80 people) on the ground floor, and 4 bedrooms on the first floor (30 beds, each room with a shower and WC);

Separate guest house with 7 bedrooms (28 beds, each room with a shower and WC);

Bath house with Japanese hot tubs on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor (8beds), plus a kitchen (electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and dishes).
